Santino “Tino” Sladavic is an Executive Producer, production strategist, and founder of Brand Yew and Brand Yew Friends, a creative production ecosystem connecting agencies and brands with world-class artists, directors, and studios.

Over the past two decades, Tino has led live action, design, animation, VFX, and post-production teams across more than 500+ commercial and experiential projects for global brands and agencies. A former production leader at Sugarhi, Los York, Logan, and Not To Scale, he is known for building high-performing creative teams, developing modern production pipelines, and bridging creative ambition with practical execution across emerging technologies, AI workflows, and integrated production.

Today, his work sits at the intersection of creative production, team building, and production strategy—helping brands and agencies build modern content ecosystems designed for the way campaigns are made today.

Jamie Miller is an award-winning production Executive, and entrepreneur, with more than 25 years of creative partnership and project management expertise.

Over the course of his career, he has led national and international branded content, music video, and print productions— helping guide briefs from early creative development through production, post, and final delivery. He has worked closely with agencies, brands, artists, record labels, celebrity talent, and production partners, building a reputation for calm leadership, strong creative instincts, and practicalproblem-solving.

Today, Jamie works across the Brand Yew Friends ecosystem helping connect agencies and brands with specialized creative talent, live action directors, and production partners tailored to the needs of each brief. His collaborative, production-first approach helps build bespoke creative teams capable of executing modern campaigns across live action, branded content, and integrated productions.
